The Spyderco Persistence Lightweight Black Blade Plain is not only very lightweight, but also extremely functional. Thanks to its excellent design and ergonomic construction, it is a great choice for those who are new to the Spyderco brand. The blade, with a smooth finish along the entire length of the blade, is made of high-quality 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and ease of sharpening.

Its head is made of 8Cr13MoV steel (equivalent to AUS-8 steel) with a thickness of 3.1 mm and Leaf Shaped profile, which provides great blade geometry. The Full Flat Grind makes the cutting edge extremely effective, while the Plain smooth blade allows for precise cutting. In addition, the carefully positioned SpyderHole circular cutout facilitates quick and intuitive opening of the blade, providing secure thumb support through the spine jimping mechanism.

The knife’s handle is designed for maximum comfort. Textured non-slip Bi-Directional Texturing liners and made of lightweight FRN plastic, guarantee a secure grip even with tactical gloves. The Liner-Lock mechanism and the sturdy metal hourglass clip, which can be fixed in four different positions, ensure safe and comfortable carrying of the knife. In addition, there is a lanyard hole in the back of the handle for pulling a cord.
