The Paralyseur 2003 is a compact electric stun gun with an arc voltage of 12 million volts and an amperage of less than 10 mA. The device is designed for civilian use and requires no additional permits. The housing is made of durable polymer, and the slim pen-like design makes it easy to carry and allows discreet access to the device.

Operation of the stun gun is safe thanks to a three-step activation process. First, slide the safety switch, located on the back of the case – this action unlocks the device. Then the activation slider, which is located in the middle of the case, activates the standby mode. Finally, simply press the button on the front of the device to trigger an electrical pulse.

The stun gun is equipped with a built-in 150-lumen LED flashlight. The internal rechargeable battery is charged via a USB port, eliminating the need for replaceable batteries. A clip on the device’s casing allows it to be clipped into a jacket or pants pocket.
