Kershaw Faultline 8760 is a durable EDC folder, manufactured by the renowned Kershaw company specializing in modern knives for everyday use. It is a handy tool that is convenient to carry and is distinguished by its functional design and ease of use.

76 mm long blade is made of the popular 8Cr13MoV steel hardened to 57-59 HRC. This Chinese steel has gained its popularity due to its high corrosion resistance and hardenability comparable to AUS6 steel. The 8Cr13MoV steel blade keeps its sharpness very well and is easy to sharpen, for which the pocket money is enough whetstone, therefore it is perfect for everyday use.

The narrow blade with a usable clip-point profile is effectively finished in the BlackWash style (black oxidation), which effectively masks any scratches or abrasions of the blade caused during use. Good cutting and penetrating properties achieved with a very aggressive point, a concave cut and a cutting edge with a gentle curvature. In addition, on the spine of the blade, the manufacturer applied transverse cutters to provide a better support point for the fingers during precise work with the tip or planing.

Cladding in the Faultline 8760 model is made of fiberglass reinforced nylon. The use of laminate makes the knife structure low weight, high resistance to mechanical damage, resistance to moisture and temperature changes, as well as resistance to many acids and solvents.
