Maxxim IGT is a high quality airgun from Gamo. The carbine is sold in a set with a scope, which allows precise shooting.

The handguard of the airgun was made of beech wood. On the front grip and pistol grip there is texturing to improve grip confidence. The Maxxim IGT has a single-sided cheek pad of the Monte Carlo type.

The airgun is designed to shoot pellets calibre 4.5 mm diabolo type with an initial velocity of up to 305 m/s. High power and a threaded barrel allow shooting at longer distances. Whisper Maxxim barrel reduces firing noise by 50%. The front and rear sights adjustable vertically and horizontally have TRU-GLO light points of light which make aiming easier, especially in unfavourable light conditions. The musket in the airgun is protected by a steel hood, which secure it from possible damage.  

For users who want to shoot accurately, the manufacturer has included an 11 mm Gamo RRR (Recoil Reducing Rail) mounting rail, which reduces recoil and the resulting vibrations during shooting and thus extends the life of the mounted scope. A scope 4 x 32 is included.

The Maxxim IGT uses an IGT gas spring, which is tensioned by the classic "break action". The use of a gas spring in this model makes it possible to reduce the vibrations generated during shooting, quiets the operation of the mechanism and reduces the phenomenon of power loss that occurs with spring wear.

The airgun is equipped with a SAT (Smooth Action Trigger)type trigger, which is distinguished by its high operational culture. The Maxxim IGT features a manual safety located in front of the trigger, which protects the user from an uncontrolled shot.
