The blade of the knife with Drop-Point profile is made of CPM S30V stainless steel, which is manufactured using the CPM technology by the American company Crucible Materials. S30V steel was specially created for the production of high-class knives and the renowned knife-maker Chris Reeve participated in the process of its development. Steel with a hardness of 58-60 HRC is appreciated by users for its cutting properties and long-lasting sharpness. The blade in the knife is partially serrated, which makes it easy to cut ropes or belts quickly.

The knife is opened with the thumb using a double-sided pin and the smooth opening and closing process is ensured by the high-quality AXIS® Lock , which is supported by the AXIS® Assist mechanism to accelerate the opening process. The advantage of this type of lock is very simple operation by both right and left-handed users, in addition, it is more tolerant to contamination compared to other types of locks. In addition, the folder is equipped with a second lock in the form of a slider placed on the spine of the knife, through to which it is fully protected against accidental folding or unfolding.

Handles in the folder are made of durable Grivory material, covered with Versaflex elastomer to improve the grip. This solution gives the user better control during use. In the rear part of the handle there is a hole through which you can attach a safety lanyard or thread a paracord rope.

Boost is equipped with a double-sided Mini Deep-Carry clip that allows you to carry the knife deeper in your pocket tactical pants. The knife in the pocket is carried in the Tip-Up position.
