Multitool that combines combination pliers with a full-size folding blade. It answers the problem of choosing between a regular multitool and a folding knife. The kit includes screwdriver bits and a lockable belt holster.

Tactical multitool with robust construction

The structure of the multitool is made entirely of heat-treated 420-type stainless steel. This provides it with adequate hardness and resistance to heavy use and corrosion. The facings are stylized to resemble a pistol’s lock, which simultaneously improves grip security, while finger indentations increase comfort.

The tool has 11 functions, useful for everyday use at home and in the field. The main ones are combination pliers with flat, serrated pliers and wire cutters, and a full-length blade that opens with a Thumb Stud pin and is secured with a Liner-Lock lock.

The Clip Point type blade has a smooth back and a Combo blade, combining the functions of a smooth and serrated blade. Use of the knife is facilitated by the milling next to the Thumb Stud, used to support the thumb when using the knife for cutting.

Unlike typical multitool models, the combos in the Gron tool do not rely on a lever created when the design is symmetrically pulled apart. Instead, it has an extendable lever that opens the combiner’s blade and serves as its second arm. The design is spring-loaded, making the tool easier to use.

A multifunction tool created for everyday needs

In addition to the knife and combos, the tool has an entire set of screwdrivers. It consists of flat screwdrivers integrated with openers and a magnetic adapter with bits. They correspond to screws of all three types: flat, Phillips and hexagonal. The bits together with the adapter are protected for the time of disuse by a polymer bit holder.

The set is completed by a pouch made of waterproof material. It is closed with a flap with a tension fastener. Inside it has two compartments, one for a multitool, the other for a bit holder. The loop allows it to be attached to a belt up to 45 mm wide.

The number of functions, as well as the designs of the individual tools, make the Gron multitool very suitable for everyday use, as part of an Every Day Carry kit, just in case for home use, as well as for professional or DIY use.
